Ivermectin 25 mg + mebendazole 250 mg combination tablets

The mebendazole SKU on DailyMedStore is a two-drug worm tablet, not a 100 mg pinworm-only pack. Why both actives matter, and why this is not a COVID or viral medicine.

Our Mebendazole Tablets category follows the only mebendazole listing on DailyMedStore: ivermectin 25 mg plus mebendazole 250 mg in one tablet (SKU DMS-0105). There is no standalone 100 mg mebendazole pack on that catalog. The combination is an antiparasitic for certain worm infections when a clinician chooses both mechanisms — not a stronger pinworm sweet.

Ivermectin affects nerve and muscle activity in susceptible parasites. Mebendazole, a benzimidazole, blocks worm glucose uptake. Dead worms are passed in stool. Neither drug is an approved treatment for COVID-19 or other viral respiratory illness.

Not the same as a 100 mg pinworm tablet

Classic human threadworm courses often use mebendazole 100 mg, sometimes repeated after two weeks, plus hygiene. A 25/250 combination is a different prescription. Do not self-select it for a schoolyard pinworm outbreak because the category is named Mebendazole. A local pharmacist can still point you to a licensed single-ingredient product in your country.

Who needs a clinician first

Suitability depends on age, weight, pregnancy or breastfeeding, liver disease, other medicines, and — for ivermectin — Loa loa risk in some regions. Serotonergic or other interacting drugs matter less here than with dapoxetine, but the leaflet still has contraindications. Rash, jaundice, severe diarrhoea, seizures or allergic swelling is a reason to stop and get help.

Not for viruses

Using ivermectin or mebendazole to “cover” a cold, flu or COVID-19 is not what this SKU is for. Wrong drug, wrong risk, delayed proper care. If you have a confirmed parasitic diagnosis, take the combination exactly as directed and finish the course unless you are told to stop.

Fenbendazole is next door, not a substitute

Fenbendazole 222 mg is a related but different molecule, often in veterinary-style packs, and is not an approved cancer therapy. Do not swap it for this combination or the reverse. We ship both categories only to the USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
