Cypionate is not a capsule
Cernos 40 mg softgels (testosterone undecanoate) are an oral option when a specialist prefers capsules and food-dependent absorption. Switching from weekly shots to several capsules a day, or the reverse, is a conversion a clinician writes — not a DIY milligram puzzle. Do not inject oil and swallow undecanoate on the same days unless that is explicitly prescribed.
Controlled-drug reality in four countries
In the US, testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. In the UK it is a Class C / Schedule 4 (II) medicine. Australia and New Zealand also control androgens tightly, including personal import. A tracked parcel does not override those rules.
