These tablets combine ivermectin 25 mg with mebendazole 250 mg. DailyMedStore lists this as the mebendazole-containing SKU; there is no standalone 100 mg mebendazole pack on that catalog.
Ivermectin affects nerve and muscle activity in susceptible parasites. Mebendazole is a benzimidazole that blocks worm glucose uptake. Together they are used, when prescribed, for certain intestinal or other worm infections — not for viral illness.
Packs ship to the USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand. A clinician should confirm the parasite, the dose and whether a combination tablet is appropriate. This is not a substitute for licensed single-ingredient mebendazole when that is what your prescriber wants.

How it works
Ivermectin binds invertebrate glutamate-gated chloride channels, paralysing susceptible parasites. Mebendazole binds parasite beta-tubulin, blocking microtubules so the worm cannot absorb glucose. Dead worms are passed in stool. Host toxicity differs because of species differences in those targets, but both drugs still need medical supervision.
Take exactly as a doctor or pharmacist sets for the infection, age and weight involved. Do not copy internet protocols or use this combination for COVID-19 or other viral illness. Complete the advised course unless you are told to stop.
Tell a clinician about pregnancy, breastfeeding, liver disease, other medicines and Loa loa risk before ivermectin. Mebendazole can cause abdominal pain as worms die; high-dose long courses may affect liver enzymes or blood counts. Seek care for rash, jaundice, severe diarrhoea, seizures or allergic swelling. Keep away from children.

Is this the same as mebendazole 100 mg?
No. This SKU is a combination of ivermectin 25 mg and mebendazole 250 mg. DailyMedStore does not list a standalone 100 mg mebendazole tablet.
What pack sizes are available?
50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 tablets, matching the DailyMedStore listing.
Can I take it for pinworm only?
A clinician may still prefer single-ingredient mebendazole for simple pinworm. Do not self-select a combination tablet.
Is it for COVID-19?
No. Ivermectin and mebendazole are antiparasitic medicines, not approved treatments for viral respiratory infection.
Do you ship to the USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand?
Yes. Import and prescription rules for both actives are yours to follow.
