These capsules contain testosterone undecanoate 40 mg, an ester designed for oral use so some testosterone is absorbed via intestinal lymph rather than a full first pass through the liver.

How it works
The undecanoate chain lets testosterone ride on chylomicrons into lymph, bypassing much of the portal circulation. Circulating testosterone then binds androgen receptors. Capsules still suppress the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis and can reduce fertility while they are taken.
Swallow whole with food at the times your prescriber sets. Do not chew. Typical labelled regimens use several capsules per day; your exact total is individual. Keep a dosing diary and attend blood tests. Missed doses should not be doubled without advice.
Same systemic androgen risks as other TRT: prostate monitoring, haematocrit, fluid retention, sleep apnoea, lipid changes. Not for women or children. Not for bodybuilding. Report jaundice, swelling of the ankles, or painful erections. Controlled-drug rules may apply depending on local scheduling of oral testosterone.

Do the capsules replace injections?
